1. Onboarding Timeline
   Please note that the typical onboarding process takes 2–3 weeks after submission. This is primarily due to the Meta Business Verification process, which is mandatory.
    
2. Customization Policy
   WhatsYum is offered as a standardized solution. Customizations of any kind are not possible for individual clients.
    
3. Marketing Responsibility
   To ensure success, we strongly recommend partnering with a marketing agency or an in-house marketing team to drive traffic.

 Disclaimers

WhatsYum is a tech platform and does not operate its own fleet. Deliveries are fulfilled via third-party partners (e.g., Porter, Shadowfax). If a rider isn’t found, our system retries for up to 20 minutes. In the rare case a rider remains unavailable, we issue a full refund to the customers.

WhatsYum is not liable for delays, spills, or issues during transit. However, we continuously strive to ensure timely and reliable delivery to the best extent possible.
